Whether your dancer is new to Cape Breton Style Step Dance - or has some previous experience elsewhere, this is the class for you! Lead by Ms. Shannon, dancers will explore various Strathspey and Reel movements and steps and learn some aspects of social dancing through Cape Breton Square Sets. This 4-Week trial experience is the perfect opportunity for parents to explore our dance school in full time classes immediately following.

Parents, please note the following:

*There is nothing required to start. All dancers may wear comfortable clothing such as a body suit/shorts and t-shirt, and a clean pair of dress shoes (separate from street shoes) that you may have on hand. Tap shoes are not required for this session, however, feel free to bring them if you have. Specific class attire comes after the 4 week trial session. Dancers may bring a water bottle.
