Come back to something you once loved - the beautiful art of Highland Dance!

This special four-week session is for experienced Highland dancers who are ready to return to the studio, reconnect with the music and movement they once loved, get back into shape, rediscover their joy of Highland dance, and meet new like minded dancers along the way. No matter your current fitness and stamina level, it's your previous experience and exposure to Highland Dance that matters. Your overall fitness and stamina will improve over time.

Whether you danced with Forrester or another school, you’re welcome to join us for traditional Highland dancing, specially choreographed steps and pieces, and a chance to get moving again in a welcoming environment.
