The Forrester Wee Wedding Experience offers laid back, low key, and non-traditional couples an alternative from the pressures of tying the knot in a large scale, costly, and stressful wedding planning experience. Our experiences allow couples to truly focus on being in the presence of their very best people while taking their vows in a warm, intimate and romantic setting, and with a stress-free planning experience. ❤️  

The best part? Everything from the venue, decor and flowers to the photographer, officiant, food and drinks, and live ceremonial background music can be provided in-house with the option for endless add-ons. Wee truly take care of ALL the details with one point of contact. ❤️   

Taking place at the atmospheric Forrester Centre, this beautifully restored 89 year old venue exudes warmth and romance with its exquisite backdrop and endless amenities from the stunning floor-to-ceiling stone walls, oversized chandeliers, candle light/dim lighting, fireplace, décor, and much more.  Additionally, the venue is a licensed food and beverage establishment which makes for a seamless all-inclusive planning experience.  ❤️   

To show you exactly what a Forrester Wee Wedding experience would encompass, in partnership with Sweet Peas Event Planners, wee have specially curated a signature experience unlike anything offered within the Cape Breton wedding industry.  Instead of a large scale tradeshow setting, our exclusively hand-picked vendors will transform our space to allow you to visualize an actual real wedding environment as an invited guest. ❤️ 

That’s right! You are personally invited to OUR very own Wee Wedding Extravaganza taking place on Sunday, April 5, 2020! 1pm. ❤️ 

As our guest, you will have the opportunity to observe our Justice of the Peace perform a real life intimate vow exchange with our couple who will showcase wedding attire, hair, makeup, jewellery and florals perfectly chosen for our venue.  Post ceremony, you will have an opportunity to enjoy some sparkling wine, hors d’oeuvres and canapés, discuss in-house catering and beverage options, live musical entertainment, venue tour, photos, direct access to our vendors whose work will be creatively displayed throughout our venue, and have a chance to be entered into a draw for door prizes. The bar will also be open. That’s just the highlights, there’s much more. ❤️ 

The Forrester Wee Wedding Extravaganza offers an exclusive peek ‘Beyond the Tartan Doors’ for couples who aren't sure where to start, what kind of wedding to have, what a small and intimate experience actually looks and feels like, and who to entrust with their important day during the wedding planning process.
