For these experiences, our venue is perfect for groups with 50 or less guests.  Whether you are looking to hold a special event for your clients, employees, or family, we take care of all the details from start to finish to give you a stress free experience.  To get started, below are two of our basic packages, and our add on options are endless!  From food and beverage, extended venue time, photography, live entertainment, more elaborate décor, live streaming, videography, emcee services, and so much more, we coordinate and execute all the details with one point of contact from start to finish. You and your group simply show up.

Given that our venue specializes in many other private and ticketed experiences throughout the year, groups are encouraged to secure dates as soon as possible. Grand Event Packages

The Cozier Grand Event - One Level Venue Rental

For groups with less than 50 guests taking place on one level.

This Package Includes:

​

  • Full event coordination:  planning, design, execution (ALL details you wish to have incorporated into your event)

  • Designated Day-of Event Coordinator

  • Choice of Rental Space –  The Kastle (upper) or The Krypt (lower)

  • Professionally designed and styled using our in-house design team and beautifully curated inventory, linens, tablescapes, and more.  

  • Bar Service with one Bartender/Mixologist  (Bar minimum applies)

  • Set up, tear down, maintenance and clean-up

  • Use of in-house Audio / Visual / Lighting

  • Exclusive access to the Tartan Door Boutique for your guests 

  • Choice of customized candle scent burning during your event

  • Private and overnight parking for guests​

Pricing Starts at:  $1,200 plus tax*

(Depending on day of week and season.  Monday -Thursday rates above.  Weekend and holiday rates differ)

The Grand Event - Full Venue Rental Package

For groups between 50-70 guests who wish to offer a more enhanced experience throughout both levels of our venue.

This Package Includes:

  • Full event coordination:  planning, design, execution (ALL the details you wish to have incorporated into your event)

  • Designated Day-of Event Coordinator

  • Entire Venue Rental – The Forrester Centre: The Kastle & The Krypt 

  • Professionally designed and styled using our in-house design team and beautifully curated inventory.  

  • Rental of Tables, chairs, linens, etc.

  • Upper and lower level Bar Service with two Bartenders/Mixologists  (Bar minimum applies)

  • Access to upper level main stage for entertainment and presentations.

  • Use of Mic & Podium

  • Use of in-house Audio / Visual / Lighting

  • Event Set up, tear down, maintenance and clean-up

  • Exclusive access to the Tartan Door Boutique for your guests 

  • Choice of customized candle scent burning during your event

  • Private and overnight parking for guests​

Pricing Starts at:  $1,900 plus tax*
