Seating is limited to only ten guests for this dining experience! Now, how's that for small and intimate? A truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Here is a sneak peek:
-Spend the evening dining with us, unrushed, relaxed, and in great company
-The bar will be open for cocktails from 6-7 and stocked with nothing but premium products for purchase.
-Beginning immediately at 7pm, for all of our food loving guests out there, our four (4) course intimate dining experience will begin (when you book your ticket, please indicate on the form your selection)
-Dim, cozy, with fireplace and elegant candlelit setting
-Premium beverages, including bottles of wine, beer, and other spirits for purchase
Price: $85+tax per person
Note: As noted above, this experience is limited to only ten (10 guests). Bookings must be confirmed no later than 12noon on Friday, April 12, 2019. Absolutely no refunds on any purchased tickets.
Menu Options:
For our four (4) course dining experience, you have two choices as to how you select your menu, via our 'Recommended Pairing' or your 'Personally Selected 'pairing. Please be sure to note your selections carefully when you book online.
Our Recommended Pairings:
Option 1:
-Appetizer 1: Seafood Chowder: All of the top of the line shellfish! Scallops, shrimp, oysters, mussels, clams and lobster, with diced white potato, sweet corn, all in a delicious creamy broth.
-Appetizer 2: Scallop Carpaccio: Delicate coins of scallop, cured with citrus and olive oil, served with crème fresh and dill, hint of fresh garlic and clementine
-Main: Coquille St Jacques: pan seared scallops, in a creamy garlic gruyere cheese sauce, on a bed of fluffy puffed pastry, topped with creamy garlic mashed potato, served with sautéed vegetables and roasted mushrooms.
-Dessert: Turtle Cheesecake or Carrot Cake Cheesecake
Option 2:
-Appetizer: Beef Carpaccio: Tenderized beef tenderloin, baby arugula, with mustard vinaigrette and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
-Appetizer: Deconstructed Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine lettuce, roasted pork belly, topped with fresh Caesar dressing, croutons, and fresh shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
-Main: Beef Tenderloin: Pan seared beef tenderloin on a bed of garlic and chives, creamed potatoes with our featured roasted vegetable medley and side of roasted mushrooms.
-Dessert: Turtle Cheesecake or Carrot Cake Cheesecake
All meals served with Rosemary Focaccia Bread
